can be viewed through their location on the map.

Virtual Fly-Overs
The FlyOver feature of the website will enable users to view live video of the James River
and the Missouri River. As the video comes up to an area of the river that corresponds to an
event, that information will display in the web browser, so that a user could click to learn
more about it.
